The hotel is STYLISH and fairly clean, nestled in a beautiful building. The venue has high quality rooms and incredibly welcoming and always pleasant staff with excellent customer service. When I am in Barcelona, I like staying here.

I have stayed in other boutique style hotels in Barcelona but this one is the best all round. The location is excellent with a many restaurants and tapas bars close by.The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The roof terrace is a great place to relax and have a drink.
The breakfast, while excellent, was expensive if you had children with you. There is the option of a cheaper continental breakfast, but it is very limited.

Its location walking distance to shopping streets and a bakery was perfect and magnificent. The restaurant was nice for breakfast here, I had fresh dishes. I stayed here for a city break and would book again.

Chill vibes and excellent amenities
The room was super comfy with features like a tv, minibar, and a private bathroom that had a really good walk-in shower. Loved the rooftop pool area for winding down after a long day. The fitness center was a nice plus too. They even offered welcome drinks when we checked in!

I felt the reception people needed to be more specific with their directions-maybe a small map of about a 8 block radius of the motel that they could hilight. I have a question about the billing. I was charged 106.95 a night for 3 nights and the last night (4th) I was charged 182.29. Would you please explain this. I didn't notice the charge when I checked out because I was late for the taxi. I didn't notice any extra charges mentioned on your web cite. Thank you- Barbara Todd

Hotel location is very convenient - not far from the subway, with plenty pastry shops, tapas bars and fancy shops nearby; short walk from bars and clubs. It is also somewhat removed from main tourist areas, so the street are pleasant to walk on. Also, the hotel lounge bar at the top of the building, next to the swimming pool, is very pleasant.
The room and the bathroom, while clean, are somewhat dated. There is also subway construction going on just outside the door, scheduled to be completed in 2012. It caused absolutely no noise, but does spoil the view and the scenery.

Lovely hotel great area
This hotel impressed us with its fantastic rooftop terrace and refreshing pool. Ensuring all our requests were met. Though breakfast could use more variety, the location offered many nearby dining options. The room was modern and clean.

Modern, upscale building in a good area for shopping. The staff were very friendly and spoke English.
We had stayed at Avenida Palace when we came into Barcelona and I wish we had been able to go back there instead of at this hotel. We had an interior room on the second floor and it had a horrible view. The breakfast was overpriced--there are a couple of good pastry shops nearby that I wish we had eaten at. It was a modern place, better for younger people or shoppers. Everything was an extra charge...coffee maker, WiFi, etc. They also tacked on a Room Service charge I guess for coming in to make the bed.

It was a big pleasure to stay at the hotel. The staff is a very friendly and nice, the pool is absolutely gorgeous! I do like location also, 'cause it is in a nice and quiet place but at the same time it is really close to the main sights and shopping places.

The location was fantastic and very convenient for
Our weekend getaway, with numerous shops and cafes nearby. The room was spacious, but we did encounter some issues with noise from the street at night. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Ideal location for seeing the sights that Barcelona has to offer. Excellent access to Metro and buses. Good restaurants and shopping close by, especially the Taverna Mediterranean next to the hotel.
Unfortunately there were major construction works directly outside the hotel entrance so be prepared for early morning wake up calls!! The hotel bar prices were expensive as was breakfast.
